Notice according to Art. 15 of Legislative Decree 196/03

Code for the protection of personal data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the law for the execution of orders, the delivery of services for which registration is required and for the other purposes described in this notice. The processing will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy. The processing methods include the use of manual tools, telephone and computerized tools (including fax, phone, even without operator assistance, e-mail, SMS and other computer systems and/or automated communication) and are such as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

In accordance with Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03

1.     The interested party has the right to confirmation of whether or not there is any personal data related to him/her, even if not yet registered, and its communication in intelligible form.

2.     The subject has the right to information regarding:

  • a)    the origin of the personal data;

  • b)    the processing methods and purposes;

  • c)    the logic applied in the event of processing performed using electronic instruments;

  • d)    the identity of the data controller, managers and designated representative pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 2;

  • e)     the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who could become knowledgeable of it as a designated representative within the country, managers or employees.

3.    The subject has the right to:

  • a)    the updating, correction or, when interested, integration of the data;

  • b)    the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, including data whose archiving is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

  • c)    certification that the operations set forth in letters a) and b) were made known, even in regards to their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or distributed, except if this requirement is impossible or involves the use of methods that are obviously disproportionate to the right being protected.

4.    The subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • a)    for legitimate motives, to the processing of his/her personal data, as well as the purposes of the collection.

  • b)    to the processing of his/her personal data for the sending of advertising material or direct sales or for market research or commercial communications.
